Seattle city guide
Seattle Food Designer: Tom Douglass
Local legend and internationally renowned chef Tom Douglass put Seattle cuisine on the map. Starting with Dahlia Lounge, his restaurant empire has become the most prolific in the city, but each property is completely unique. Many of Tom’s properties are very close to the Amazon Conference Center and Westin Hotel, so your chances of finding yourself in one are very high. You won’t be disappointed.
