Many people are familiar with Design Sprints from the GV book Sprint, a fantastic resource for people looking to learn how to run their own Sprints. Inside Google we teach a slightly different flavor of the methodology which is optimized for working within a larger organization. In this 4 hour workshop, you will have the opportunity to try out the Google Design Sprint methodology, in order to build muscle memory, gain familiarity with the methods, and walk away with a set of tools you can incorporate into your product development process. We will cover the framework, when to use Sprints and what they can accomplish. (More on our website here https://designsprintkit.withgoogle.com/)
